GROW will establish an annual roll call.
GROW will add a clarifying sentence to the sponsor list request letter, reminding members that the list is for AA women who are subscribed to GROW emails and are part of GROW.
Grow will establish a subcommittee to further discuss (1) hosting a newcomer-focused sharing session and (2) renaming the Temporary Mentor position to “Newcomer Representative” that will reach out to newcomers at least once a month.
Trusted servants are encouraged to submit charts, notes, or other materials which they believe could be helpful for individuals transitioning into new service positions. Danna has suggested that a link could be added to the position titles to provide tips and hints for those taking on new roles.
